Vidya's Training & Certifications
Vidya approaches therapy with a sense of curiosity, embracing her neurodivergent identity to bring authenticity into her sessions. Working with Vidya means experiencing her openness and inquisitiveness, as she enjoys experimenting with art and body movements. Her curiosity allows her to understand her clients' inner worlds without judgment, helping them question and befriend various parts of themselves. Vidya also addresses gender dynamics, social conditioning, and societal influences that impact her clients' life experiences. Her work is political and she actively encourages herself and her clients to question and take up ownership over systems around them.

Ranjana
Ranjana (she/her) is a 24-year-old counselling psychologist who identifies as a queer Delhi-Mallu. She approaches mental health with warmth, curiosity, and intention, creating a space that feels both grounded and open.
Outside the therapy room, Ranjana is often found passionately talking about tattoos, piercings, oceans, baby elephants, regional languages, cinema, and why This Is Us is one of the greatest shows ever made.
Her practice primarily supports adults navigating life transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, relational concerns, and experiences of grief and loss.
Ranjana views therapy as a space of witnessing—where concerns, hopes, and experiences are met with care, reflection, and honesty.
She holds an M.A. in Lifespan Counselling Psychology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

Saniya is our social media and admin assistant, and a psychology student with a soft spot for all things art—she loves creating and pulling people into the process with her. Every few months, she dives into a new hobby just for the thrill of it, and if there’s tiramisu around, she’s definitely not sharing.

We're Queer Affirmative
Vidya is trained in trauma therapy and receives regular supervision. From early in her career, she has been mentored by experts from queer spaces, making her practice queer-affirmative. She participates in queer learning circles to stay updated and sensitized. Her queer identity, extensive readings, and experience working with queer clients influence her current work.
Who We Are After Work
Vidya prioritises and enjoys her life outside being a therapist. She is a cat parent and hopes to open a cat shelter one day. In her free time she is mostly found with her kindle or experimenting with a new dish in her kitchen. She loves her free time and is part of book clubs, enjoys cooking classes, making cocktails and watching fantasy dramas.
